The Platform
Defined agents. Configured for each client.Fully managed.
We don't sell software to configure. We custom-build AI agents through our own models and plug them directly into the client's existing systems — CRM, phone, website, email, bookkeeping software, and more. The client keeps everything they already use. We make it autonomous.
The Deployment Structure
We have the agents. We configure them for the client.
Every client deployment starts the same way: we find out where they are bottlenecking. What repetitive work is slowing the business down, consuming staff time, or falling through the cracks. From there, we configure and deploy the agent built for that function — plugged into the systems they already use, running from day one. Agents are not static scripts. They operate within a shared intelligence layer: a multi-agent architecture where each agent communicates, passes context, and builds on what the others know. Clients can start with one agent and add more. The system compounds as they stack.
Workflow 01 — Foundation — every deployment
Core Data Sync Engine
Connects to the client's existing systems and automates their highest-volume repetitive operation. Instead of staff doing the same lookup or data-entry task dozens of times per day, the agent runs it continuously.
- — Insurance: pulls claim statuses from carrier portals and replies to clients automatically
- — Dental: syncs insurance verification results and triggers next steps
- — Real estate: tracks transaction milestones and sends client updates at each stage
Workflow 02 — Add-on — inbox management
AI Triage and Routing Agent
Handles inbound message routing. Reads incoming messages, categorizes intent, and either routes to the right person with context attached — or handles routine responses without human involvement.
- — Reads and categorizes inbound emails before a human touches them
- — Handles routine inquiries autonomously — status checks, scheduling, FAQs
- — Routes complex requests to the right person with all relevant data already pulled
Workflow 03 — Add-on — document automation
Document and Compliance Router
Automates document generation, routing, and status tracking. Triggers workflows based on system events, listens for completions, routes files to the right destination, and updates the client record.
- — Triggers document workflows based on system events — no manual initiation
- — Sends follow-up reminders when documents are unsigned or incomplete
- — Updates client records and notifies relevant parties when steps complete
All three workflows run together on one managed infrastructure. One point of contact. One monthly invoice. Deployed in two weeks.
Premium Packages
For those who want to agentify their entire operation.
Beyond the standard three-workflow deployment, we build complete agentic back-ends — covering every system a business runs on. Multiple email addresses, inbound and outbound channels, CRM, scheduling, content, voice, reporting, and more — all coordinated through a single multi-agent architecture. Built for solopreneurs who want to operate like a team, public figures managing high-volume communications, and full businesses that want to hand their operations to an agent layer and focus on growth. These engagements are more extensive and more creative: the agent architecture is designed from the ground up for the specific person or organization, and built to handle things that don't exist off the shelf.
Engagement Range
per custom build — project-based, not recurring
- — Full back-end coverage — every system the client operates
- — Multiple email addresses managed by dedicated agents
- — Inbound and outbound voice agent deployment
- — Outreach, follow-up, and lead nurturing automation
- — Marketing and content generation pipelines
- — AI assistant for internal and client-facing operations
- — CRM, AMS, PMS, and platform integration at depth
- — Shared context layer — all agents communicate and coordinate
- — Ongoing maintenance and optimization included
What this looks like
A regional insurance brokerage contracts a full build: an outreach agent running personalized email campaigns, a voice agent handling inbound calls, a triage agent managing the inbox, a content agent producing weekly client communications, and a core data sync agent updating records across their AMS and carrier portals — all coordinated through a shared context layer, all maintained by Agentic Gateway.
Pipeline status
Three premium package engagements are currently in the pipeline. Each represents a full agentic infrastructure deployment for a mid-market client. None of this revenue is included in the 12-month projection model — premium packages are upside above the subscription baseline.
A single custom build at the mid-range generates more gross revenue than approximately 300 monthly subscribers. These are not small contracts.
Why This Is Different
Most AI tools answer questions. Ours do the work.
Agentic AI connects to systems, executes steps, checks results, and handles exceptions — without a human in the loop at each stage.
A practical example — insurance agency
A client calls to ask about their claim. A staff member spends 12 minutes calling the carrier, waiting on hold, updating the CRM, and composing a reply.
With Agentic Gateway: The agent detects the inbound inquiry, queries the carrier API, retrieves the claim status, drafts a personalized reply, sends it from the agency's email address, updates the CRM, and logs the interaction — in under 90 seconds. No human involved.
Not automation
Traditional automation follows fixed scripts. It breaks the moment anything unexpected happens — an email that doesn't match the template, a carrier portal with a new layout. Agentic AI reads context and adapts.
Not a chatbot
ChatGPT generates text. Our agents take action in external systems — they send emails, update records, query APIs, route documents. The output is work completed, not a draft to review.
Not software you manage
We configure, deploy, and maintain everything. When something changes in a client's systems, we handle it. The client's only job is to tell us what work they want automated.
Service Model
How the service actually works.
Clear terms, no ambiguity. This is what clients are buying and what we are responsible for.
7-day full money-back guarantee
If a client's agents are not working as designed within the first 7 days, they receive a full refund. No partial credits. No questions.
24/7 support — agents first, humans behind them
Client support runs through our own deployed agents around the clock. Human oversight is always present. Nothing falls through.
No setup fee — first month due upfront
There is no setup fee for subscriptions. The first month is paid in full before deployment begins. This keeps our focus entirely on getting the system live — the pipeline is ready and agents deploy immediately once payment clears.
Cancel any time
Month-to-month subscriptions have no lock-in. Clients can cancel at any time. We do not use contracts to retain clients — the platform does.
Subscriptions: we host, monitor, and maintain
Subscription clients run on Agentic Gateway infrastructure. We own uptime, maintenance, and fixes. Any issue caused by our platform is resolved at no charge.
Buyouts: client owns the infrastructure
Clients who purchase a one-time build own their system outright, deployed on their own servers. We hand over the infrastructure and documentation.
Third-party costs are the client's responsibility
Clients pay their own third-party platform fees — CRM subscriptions, carrier portal access, and similar tools they already use. We do not mark these up.
We fix our faults. Client errors are billed separately.
Upgrades and fixes caused by changes on our side are always included. If a client modifies their own systems in a way that breaks an integration, a reasonable remediation fee applies.
Client Data & Infrastructure
Every client gets an isolated deployment.
Agents run in a dedicated environment on Agentic Gateway's infrastructure. Client data is fully isolated — no shared context, no token pools, no data commingling with other clients.
Isolated deployment
Each client's agents run in their own dedicated environment on Agentic Gateway's infrastructure. Data is fully isolated — no other client's context, credentials, or records are accessible.
Client data ownership
All data processed belongs to the client. We configure and maintain the agents — we do not retain operational data.
No rip and replace
Agents connect to the tools the client already uses — CRM, AMS, email, carrier portals. No new software to migrate to.
